With conflicts in West Asia, Ukraine, Sudan, and elsewhere showing no signs of abating, media focus, rightly, on the kinetic exchanges and their immediate victims. Who is firing what in whose general direction? What damage is caused to military assets, to civilian infrastructure, and to the civilians themselves?
